Rock Bottom Renewals does three main things: epoxy floors for homes and businesses, deck staining, and rental turnovers, plus painting, pressure washing, and concrete work.

We started this company because we think Indianapolis homeowners and landlords deserve better than what the big national chains offer. Those companies carry franchise fees, marketing budgets, and layers of management, and their customers pay for all of it. We don't have that overhead, so we can charge less and put the difference into the quality of the work.

When you hire us, you deal directly with the people responsible for your job, from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.

Can you handle the whole turnover, or only part of it?

The whole turnover. Paint, flooring, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs, HVAC service, appliances, cleaning, junk removal, and exterior cleanup are all covered under one per-unit price, with one point of contact from walkthrough to sign-off.

How long does a turnover take?

It depends on the scope. A paint-and-clean unit moves faster than one that needs new flooring or repairs. You get a timeline with your quote, planned around the move-out date and your next showing.
